Key Responsibilities:
ERP Migration Support:
● Collaborate with the finance and IT teams to contribute to the seamless migration of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to a new platform.
● Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and testing phases of the migration process.
● Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and troubleshoot any finance-related issues that may arise during the migration.
Finance Auditing Experience Project:
● Undertake a taster mini-project focused on finance auditing to gain practical experience in auditing procedures and methodologies.
● Collaborate with the finance team to review financial documents, assess internal controls, and contribute to the overall auditing process.
● Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, showcasing your analytical and problem-solving skills.
Finance Career Exploration:
● Conduct interviews with finance colleagues from various levels and backgrounds within the organization.
● Explore and document insights into different finance careers possible within the finance function
● This assignment serves as a guide, helping the intern comprehend how different components of the finance function seamlessly as a whole.
Skills & Requirements:
● Pursuing a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data analysis.
● Proactive and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
