Department/Job Overview:
- The individual will join the OTC & FX Paper Confirmations Team within the Trade Validation group.
Key Responsibilities:
- The OTC & FX Team reviews and prepares Trade confirmations across a variety of derivative products including Interest Rate Products, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives and FX.
- The team interacts with clients and business partners based globally.
- Preparation of OTC&FX Paper Trade Confirmation for Investment Banking and Private Bank businesses through validation of information from broker confirmations, term sheets and trade booking systems.
- Managing the change agenda to enhance controls, improve straight-through processing, client experience and adherence to regulatory targets and industry benchmarks.
- Participation in projects and operational improvements with a commitment to deliver results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversight of vendor team to ensure quality delivery of Key Performance Indicators, KRIs and timely reporting and resolution of queries.
- Review existing Credit Suisse templates to ensure approved templates are updated to reflect ISDA and industry-published standard methodologies with relevant legal and front-office approvals.
- Coordinating with key business partners including Front Office, Client and Vendors directly.
