Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results. The incumbent will be part of VCA geographic team cluster of Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia (IPVMC) markets, and will be responsible for consulting engagements with Visa's clients in the five markets. The team is involved in a comprehensive range of consulting services and solutions to our clients that address unique challenges in areas such as strategic growth, profitability, risk management, digital strategy and data-driven portfolio management decisions.

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's clients, including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants. The VCA team provides a comprehensive range of consulting services, data analytics and solutions to our clients that address unique challenges in areas such as strategic growth, profitability, risk management and digital strategy.

We are currently looking for a Manager to undertake the delivery consulting engagements for Visa clients across Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia, enabling portfolio growth and improved profitability in clients’ payment card business. In addition to this, the Manager is also tasked to help drive special projects that various consulting leads need to drive in the respective markets that will help scale VCA IPVMC’s strategies. The role has a unique and exciting opportunity to support the deployment of innovative solutions to clients that include banks, fintechs, and merchants. This is an individual contributor role reporting into the Director, Lead of Digital and Porftolio Optimization practice area for VCA IPVMC.

As a Manager you will be leading the delivery and execution of Visa Consulting and Analytics engagements for clients in IPVMC. In this role, you are expected to:

· Cultivate relationship with Visa’s clients and partners - Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants & Fintech firms, by being strategically focused, optimize client performance and implement recommendations in areas of customer life cycle management, and new product development and launches.

· Drive client conversations with the client working team, execute and embed our solutions within the client’s environment. Building content and engagement delivery involves strong project management skills.

· Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk, and Merchant Solutions.

· Develop propositions by closely working with Account Executives in managing the scope of work and project timelines

· Work across advisory practices to execute engagements across the VCA verticals.

· Help design and enable delivery of scalable, repeatable, and effective solutions to clients while anticipating and planning for deviations to intended experience

· Liaise with other functions to identify impact, support, gaps, and assist in the resolution of gaps

· Help execute new initiatives of VCA IPVMC that may include changes to current solutions and/or business operations

· Responsible for workflow assignments and must be a fast responder and proactive in resolving issues and meeting deadlines

· Embrace new methodologies on an ongoing basis as the business scales with the organization

This role reports to the Practice Lead for Digital & Portfolio Optimization in the VCA IPVMC cluster.

Projects you will be a part of:

· As part of the team you will get opportunity to work on strategically important projects for clients.

· As an example, you might be working with various issuers across the 5 markets and assess opportunities across cardholder lifecycle, conduct gap assessment and determine strategy or provide best practice recommendation to clients

· You will bring to life data analytics solutions and propensity models built by the Data Science team to ensure clients find value to take action such as running marketing campaigns to drive payment card activation and usage, changing policies or processes, launching new products, opening new channels, among other things.

· You will be the project manager of several engagements across IPVMC, working with the clients’ teams in providing guidance and supporting the teams in executing our solutions.

· You will be collaborating closely with VCA’s data scientists to jointly produce insights on analyses.

· You will be operating in a fast-paced environment and contribute establishing new solutions to clients

· You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to deploy and operationalize new ways of collaboration to help produce a high performing team
