As a Project Manager
- Work closely with the account management and production teams to define briefs and learn about status of new and existing projects
- Take full ownership of a project lifecycle – plan, execute and monitor the project whilst considering triple constraints of time, scope/cost and quality
- Manage creative resources
- Create a schedule for all jobs with reviews of timelines and job statuses with relevant departments, and reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities
- Meet with the relevant departments within the agency (sometimes external vendors) to distribute a brief and delegate tasks
- Manage any change requests in any specifications required during the project delivery phase
- Draft quotations, cost estimates and pitch rate cards following the company’s finance process
- Manage the overall client relationship along with the account management team in accordance to the strategy and goals of the company
- Work with freelancers and external vendors, getting them up to speed on jobs they will assist with
- Able to anticipate and propose solutions to problems and knows when to escalate issues upwards
- Understands targets, and always on a look out for opportunities to cross-sell within the Groupe
