The Regional Service Sales Manager role is responsible for managing a growing Service Sales team across Asia. This role will be responsible for maximising the full potential of Rotork large installation base. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional who can develop and execute strategic plans, manage a team of sales representatives, and build strong customer relationships in order to achieve and exceed service sales targets. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive service revenue growth in the region. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Set clear sales targets and develop action plans to achieve and exceed them.
  • Team Management - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of service sales representatives to meet their individual and team targets. Provide training and ongoing support to ensure the team's success.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospective customers. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market conditions and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Service Offerings and Pricing: Collaborate with product and service teams to understand offerings and align sales strategies accordingly. Set competitive pricing and create value propositions to attract customers. Becoming the Asia Lead for promoting Rotork’s suite of value added services
    • Upgrading obsolete equipment
    • Services and planned maintenance
    • Predictive Maintenance
    • Spare Part strategies
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate service agreements and contracts with customers, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual sales budget for the region. Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
