As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Proactively lead and manage a portfolio of clients and build relationship with potential clients
- Be actively involved in business development activities to identify new opportunities and targets
- Serve as primary point of contact for the clients and manage client expectations in terms of processes, timelines and providing effective solutions to any difficulties or challenges during times of change and uncertainty
- Lead, train and coach team members to consistently deliver optimal performance to meet the business needs and objectives of our clients
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
- Identify and determine practice areas for improvement, propose and implement strategies
- Revamp processes and working procedures to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring high quality services and support to clients
- Be responsible in the overall financial management of client accounts
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges and build a range of meaningful recommendations
- Lead in the management and delivery of internal and external projects
- Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties
- Simplify complex messages, using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making
- Review team’s work of individual income tax returns prior to submission and other employer forms and deliverables.
