· Position: Pre-Sales Officer (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/FULL Training Provided)
· Location: Tanjong Pagar (Walking distance from MRT)
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (office hours)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 Basic Salary + Phone/Transport Reimbursement + ATTRACTIVE Commission
· Duration: Permanent
· Industry: Innovators and creators of automation technologies
Main Responsibilities:
· Developing and managing relationships with customers
· Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements
· Making recommendations on fulfilling customer’s requirements
· Conducting “live” demonstrations
· Creating scripts/ delivering POC (proof-of-concept) project for clients to automate tasks as part of pre-sales work
· Delivering commercial projects for clients to automate tasks
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
· Must have some basic programming knowledge (any language, Python preferred)
