Responsibilities
- Preparation of purchase/sales contracts, invoices, confirmations, and other documents
- Provides a broad range of administrative support functions
- Coordinates, maintains and creates various events, schedules and calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Conducts research and analytical activities involving the gathering of background material and data in support of projects.
- Meeting minutes
- Maintains files and records
Skills/Requirements
- 1 year of experience in similar position
- Detail-oriented & meticulous
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
Salary, Leave and other benefits
- $2500 - $3200
- AWS + Performance bonus
- Annual Leave - 15 days and increment up to 20 days
