Responsibilities:
- Assist Head of HR in managing full spectrum of HR admin duties, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll submission
- Work closely with respective heads of department to identify training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- Familiar with the Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax Act and other HR-related rules and regulations in Singapore
- A team player who displays initiative and can work independently
- Strong communication skills and an active listener
- A ‘people person’ with a pleasant personality
- Meticulous, analytical with a problem solving mindset
*Salary and corporate title will commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience
