Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tender Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Singapore.
As part of the Marine Asset Integrity business line, you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality technical and commercial proposals to meet our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Review of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, analysing and accurately assessing all client requirements.
- Coordinate and compile of all aspects of the tender in accordance with processes, client bid requirements and tender deadlines, including liaison with internal departments and preparation of robust tender proposals.
- Maintain communication with client and support in obtaining client feedback on tenders submitted.
Core Competencies:
- At least Diploma in Engineering or Marine and Offshore Technology, no experience required.
- Strong administration skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work well to demanding deadlines under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships at all levels of the company.
- Pro-active, positive and flexible approach to work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Word
