Job description
- Perform work pass duties, and submit applications, renewals & cancellations.
- Process payroll & submit for IRAS, IR8A & CPF Computation.
- Follow up with foreign candidates and/or new foreign employees on relevant paperwork such as employment applications, pre-employment medical check, and other related letters.
- Provide support for call answering and administrative support.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirement
- Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity, particularly in Recruitment and Human Resource Business Partner roles.
- Well-versed with employment legislation, including application for foreign Work Permits/ S Passes, Employment Passes, Dependent Passes, etc
- Good analytical, time management, follow-up, and organization skill.
- A positive team player who is discreet, self-motivated, pro-active, independent, and meticulous.
- Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with International and Chinese-speaking clients.
