The Business Development Manager, is a progressive, on-the-spot, critical thinker who will apply their experience and education to support the rapid growth of TES by driving new client relationships based in APACJAP.
Position Summary
- Participate in development of combined market segment and geographic plan across APACJAP.
- Participate in and perform analysis of opportunities, potential client needs and fit to TES's capabilities and network.
- Work with management to develop and execute market strategies for target market segments.
- Develop and execute individual sales strategy to achieve agreed revenue goals across APACJAP.
- Analyse and formulate countermeasures for the commercial competitive landscape.
- Presentation, Development and Delivery of TES's Business Model and Value Proposition to prospects internal / external stakeholders.
- Negotiation, Identification of prospect/new clients and oversight of RFP deliverables.
- Participate in finalizing contract terms and transition client services and implementation teams.
- Report sales activities and programs to management and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the TES CRM system.
- Participate in business events, conferences, trade shows and seminars.

- Experience with a technology services sales background in more than one country in APACJAP

- Proven track record in strategically targeting, delivering and effectively measuring business results.
- Strong relationship building skills working with key external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to drive results and achieve targets/deadlines.
- Strong prospecting skills required with the ability to research and analyse customer’s requirements and to close the sale to secure the business.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced, high performance environment.
- Analytical thinker with excellent quantitative and superior problem-solving skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in oral and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
