- Lead end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors solutions, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and align SuccessFactors functionalities accordingly.
- Utilize deep expertise in SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning, to design customized solutions.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify and address business objectives, ensuring successful integration of HR processes.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance and direction throughout the implementation process.
- Take ownership of project timelines, resource allocation, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Leverage strong project management skills to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in HR technology.
