Main Tasks:
The Business Development Manager - Digital Solutions provides leadership and direction for the IIOT Business. The overall purpose is to identify, create and develop the IIOT Business and Application in the region in terms of selling, delivering and servicing IIOT Solutions to our customers; thereby enhancing our instrument business as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and pricing strategies in partnership with Sales Centers and Product Owners to maximize market penetration
- Manage product launches, phase-outs, and oversee the product release process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Take on Product Manager/Business Owner responsibilities for specific product categories.
- Definition of business plans with the sales centers and monitoring of budget targets
- Identify and realize sales potential for our portfolio in designated markets
- Actively support the local sales centers in marketing our products and solutions
- Understand market needs, customer feedback, and industry trends to shape product direction collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Centers, providing support on customer-related matters
- Actively participate in continuous development and learning initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Knowledge of Instrumental and automation industry would be a strong advantage
