Digital Marketing Manager
Summary
Due to business expansion, they are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual who will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team on initiatives to ensure the brand’s objectives are met. This individual should have a strong understanding of creating and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and will be responsible for managing the brand’s overall social strategy. The ideal candidate is a creative, detailed, and outgoing individual, with hands-on experience in event planning and an eye for beauty.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to develop and execute brand & product marketing initiatives across the entire customer funnel, from awareness to conversion to retention, with the key KPI of driving revenue and engagement.
- Lead social content strategy and execution across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to drive awareness, conversion, and engagement.
- Develop and manage brand community initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and management of digital marketing collaterals and collaborate with the eCommerce team and agencies to ensure a smooth launch of campaigns and drive conversions through sponsored ads with a focus on leads generation.
- Write clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g., social media, blog posts, newsletters).
- Support the marketing team in all trade marketing activities, event planning, and execution.
- Identify and establish partnerships and engage local content creators through seeding and activation to generate reach, impressions, and engagement effectively.
- Drive meaningful brand partnerships, tie-ups, promotions, and sampling activities to enhance brand relevancy and strengthen customer engagement.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and external vendors, to ensure the effective execution of marketing and promotional plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure content remains current and ahead of the curve on social media.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Robust knowledge and proficiency in social and digital marketing, with prior experience in spearheading and managing social media campaigns.
- Experience in event management and knowledge of digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Preferably 1 –2 years of experience in the FMCG / beauty industry.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) required, with copywriting skills a plus.
- Passionate about social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
- Preferably with experience or interest in photography and video editing.
- Familiarity with the usage of WordPress & creation of blog content is advantageous.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator
