Responsibilities:-
• Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and training in SOP training for the product development team.
• Update food cost and assist in writing the SOP manuals to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with standard procedures.
• Maintain accurate and organized files and records related to product development projects, including recipes and other documentation.
• Prepare reports and other materials as needed for product development projects, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in content and formatting.
• Perform adhoc duties and other administrative duties related to kitchen maintenance and operations, such as organizing and restocking supplies, monitoring inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas and purchasing of ingredients.
Requirements:-
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Interest in cooking and product development is preferred.
• Experience in handling food, such as in a culinary or food service setting, is highly valued.
• Proven experience in an administrative support role.
• Proficiency in writing and speaking in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
