Team Lead - Credit Analyst (Corporate Banking)
Our client is a leading bank dedicated to delivering innovative financial solutions to their corporate clients. They are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join them as a Team Lead for their Corporate Credit Analyst team. This leadership role will play a critical part in managing and guiding a team of credit analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Corporate Credit Analysts, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee workload distribution, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively and deadlines are met.
- Review and approve credit analyses prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established policies.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their analytical skills and professional development.
- Monitor the credit portfolio, identifying trends and potential risks.
- Propose strategies to optimize the credit portfolio and mitigate emerging risks.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills in credit analysis, financial modeling, and industry research.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in corporate credit analysis, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
