On behalf of our client we are looking for ServiceNow Developer to work on one on
one basis on various tasks.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customize ServiceNow Applications:
- Tailor ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and Optimize Scripts:
- Write, test, and debug scripts to enhance the functionality and/or performance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues:
- Diagnose and fix issues related to the ServiceNow platform and applications.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with other IT teams, including the ServiceNow Architect and Business Analyst, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure Alignment with Business Goals:
- Ensure that the ServiceNow system is aligned with organizational business processes and goals.
- Continuously assess and enhance the ServiceNow system for optimal performance and functionality.
Skills Experience and Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, and relevant scripting languages.
- In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with the implementation and support of ServiceNow modules.
- Two or more years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scoped applications and all scripting modules.
- Two or more years of experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and widget development.
- Knowledge and experience integrating ServiceNow using platform APIs and integration tools.
- Must have a ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Application Developer).
