Finance/Account Executive (FMCG, Tai Seng)
Salary: Up to $4000
Workdays: Mon-Fri, Office Hours
Location: Tai Seng
Job Scope:
- Handle Full Set of Accounts and bank reconciliation tallying matters.
- Updating of cashflow report and prepare journal entries.
- Perform 3 way matching to ensure proper documentation
- Analyse accounts payable records and work with stakeholders on discrepancies
- Prepare payment and attend to accounts payable related enquiries and matters.
- In charge of assigned Petty Cash accounts
- Verification of assigned outlets sales records
- Update finance related records relating to online platforms
- Assist in quarterly stock take
- Assist in preparing monthly closure
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in Accounting.
- With knowledge in ERP system
