Services offered by Montfort Care include Family Service Centres (FSCs), Strengthening Families Programme@Family Service Centre (FAM@FSC), child protection specialist centre, National Anti-Violence and Sexual Harassment Helpline (NAVH) and eldercare.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Programme Associate primarily assists in implementation of initiatives and development plans that are congruent with the organisation’s goals and the needs of the community. With guidance from the Senior Social Worker/Senior Counsellor, he /she will ensure the proper execution of the above-mentioned initiatives and development plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
- Handling general office administration tasks such as answering phones, intake, filing documents, and ordering office supplies
- Developing marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, or newsletters to promote the organization’s mission and services to community
- Assisting with event planning, including developing invitations and registering guests
- Monitoring program results to ensure that objectives are being met
- Assisting in monitoring expenditure is within the budget
- Ensuring KPIs (both internal and external) will be met within the timeline as per funding agencies’ requirement
- Prepare annual service reports by preparing the relevant and required information
- Managing databases of service users, and other stakeholders
- Work with volunteers on executing effective programmes
- To provide any other support as assigned/required
- Possess Diploma/Degree in any discipline from an accredited institution
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in assisting events or programmes design, planning and implementing will be an advantage
