Responsibilities:
- Make recommendations from the current wine list, menu options, and ideal pairings based on each customer's preferences.
- Attend to guests' wine needs throughout dining service, including conducting wine tastings, pouring and refilling wine glasses, and answering questions.
- Create a unified wine program that compliments the culinary offerings
- Manage wine inventory, wine purchases, and vendor relationships to ensure that the wine list and products are up to date and current.
