JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Regional E-Commerce Manager, you will be an ambassador for our company values. This Regional E-com function is focused on supporting the digital growth priorities of the brand, both strategically and commercially. The role focuses on maximizing the customer experience by balancing commerciality and brand. As regional digital experience manager, you will be responsible for creating the best possible overall product experience for the user. You will also be responsible for establishing a digital customer journey based on the commercial plan, supported by the digital content strategy. You will lead the work in creating customer journey guidelines for Regional and local content teams. You will support the delivery of content tools to drive Digital campaign effectiveness and identify Digital content requirements to maximize selling.
What you will do:
- Utilize multiple data sources and turn different data streams into a cohesive view of our customer to produce detailed digital business insights & analysis.
- Ensure the tracking of A/B & MV testing scenarios and continuously track and optimise online acquisition campaigns in partnership with markets.
- Support with detailed analysis of path to registration and path to purchase to improve conversion funnel as well as analysis of various merchandizing zone performance to refine understanding of winning combinations.
- Lead and support markets on Operational eCommerce projects like launch of COS.com in new market expansion, launch of new eCommerce platforms or formats and to assess and capture online opportunities in marketplaces.
- Build regional proposals with tech and media partners like Google, Facebook and support the recruitment & onboarding of eCommerce Managers across APAC markets and also act as our Web Analytics Advocate to foster a data-driven mindset among market’s Digital stakeholders, build awareness of existing Digital Analytics solutions and strategy and drive best practice sharing at market level and within Global Community.
About you
- 5-7 years of experience in web/mobile analytics, metrics gathering, reporting and analyses.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, Cognos, predictive modelling, forecasting and related data-analyses/statistical software
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven organizational, analytical and decision making abilities
- Sales driven and result oriented
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of the team
- Leadership experience of managing team is preferred
- Excellent communication and English language skills, both verbal & written
