Key responsibilities include:
- Experience implementing one or more of the following SAP HCM technical components including SAP HR ABAP (including user exits and infotype creation) SAP Payroll functions (highly desirable
SAP Forms (including Adobe and HR Forms/Smart Forms) SAP Portal
SAP Fiori (set up and app creation desirable) SAP Integration
SAP Reports
SAP Payroll Control Center - New SAP Technoligies, such as SAP CPI or BTP knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors desirable but not essential. Ability to manage senior stakeholders and client executives.
- 3+SAP HCM full project lifecycles desirable including blueprinting, realisation, testing, data migration, go live preparation/support, etc.
- Provide status updates to project manager.
- Provide solutions for any technical issues and challenges. Ensure best practices and standards are implemented.
- Document the customers' business needs through to implementation/configuration of SAP HCM. Participate in weekly customer project team meetings, maintaining "action items" lists and resolve through to completion.
- Ability to understand, interpret and map business processes.
- Takes initiative to ensure technical or specialised skills and specialisations are kept up to date. Master and maintain detailed knowledge of the SAP HCM product-suite.
- Assist with coaching and developing junior consultants and growing their SAP HCM capability. Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to the customer.
Skills and experiences desired:
- Business domain knowledge for Human Resources
- Proven ability in implementing HRIS software within or for a Human Resource Department Previous exposure to HR practices and HR Software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience with managing the Quality Assurance processes for software implementations
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (work experience in one of leading system integrators would be an advantage).
- 3+ end-to-end project lifecycles desirable.
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.
