Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Troubleshoot and monitor system operation
- Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Maintain and support IT assets such as desktops, servers, storage, network and applications platform.
- Provide support for system and applications
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma holder or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant working experience in system/application support and administration
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Knowledge in Windows/Linux environment an advantage
- Comfortable working in Data Center
- Experienced in IT monitoring, Log review, Software Troubleshoot, Hardware Troubleshoot and MS Office
