Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process inquiries through the business, liaising with internal personnel and customers, achieving customer expectations and deadlines
- Create techno-commercial quotations and drawings
- Execute, support and monitor orders till shipment including coordination with manufacturing facilities and sub-suppliers
- Enter quotes/ orders, retrieve customer information, stock status information
- Work closely with Application Engineers to provide customers with technical support and solutions on electrical equipment during quotation/ order stage
- Deliver on agreed KPI Metrics (sales, quotes/ orders, customer feedback, hit rate ...)
- Work closely with client to resolve conflicts and design changes before they become significant delays
- Support Sales in close cooperation with the corresponding interface areas as production, engineering and quality
Experience & Qualifications:
- Customer Service with Quotation management experience
- “A” level or Diploma
- Minimum of three years’ experience with proven records
Skills and Abilities:
- Hands-on experience in SAP preferred
- Proficient in verbal and written English. Able to speak simple Japanese
- Customer focused attitude (Responsiveness, Accurate & Customer Friendly)
- Proficiency in office management software (MS Office, MS Project, CRM, others)
- Independent and result-oriented style of working
- Ability to work under pressure & willingness to learn
