Job Description
SN:
- Provide direct patient care to assigned group of patients.
- Coordinate, manage, and evaluate patient care activities.
- Ensure optimal patient care delivery by providing clinical guidance and direction to Enrolled Nurses and ancillary staff.
- Documentation and administer medications and treatments as prescribed to patients.
EN:
- Perform direct nursing care and activities for an assigned group of patients.
- Follow the guidance and direction of a Senior Staff Nurse/Staff Nurse to ensure the delivery
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
HCA:
- Bedside nursing duties for Covid+ Patients & elderly patients
- Admission & Discharge PT
- Engage patients and visitors to understand their needs and to manage their expectations in quality service delivery
- Basic admin and inventory taking
- Other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Valid SNB, BCLS, full immunization documents
- Inpatient wards Experience preferred
