Responsibilities:
- Guide, foster, and mentor the program team members to achieve project goals.
- Keep an eye on the company's meeting; operational and financial goals.
- Important liaison staff who oversee connections between internal and external groups
- Communicate with clients regarding engineering adjustments, product pricing, and business prospects.
- Ensure that production schedules are completed on time and that new projects are launched by effectively coordinating the efforts of the CFT team at all levels.
- Create customer quotes, revenue projections, and business forecasts.
- Motivation for resolving internal issues and fulfilling demands and expectations from clients
- Resolve problems with customers' inventory, claims, pricing, and AR that have an impact on their finances.
- Oversee and oversee customer POs, S/Os, updates, and closures.
- Preserve the organization's guiding principles of honesty, creativity, accountability, and teamwork.
- Adhere company's code of conduct and ethics.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- With 8 - 12 years of program/ project management experience within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry
- Proficiency with PCBAs and electronic components.
- Knowledge in ERP systems will be an added advantage
