Job scope
· M&E support Support in the building facilities management
· Manpower supervision for internal team member and external contractor
· Negotiate with external contractor for pricing
Requirements
· Min diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Facilities Management or its equivalent
· Hands on experience in Building Facility Maintenance services n aircon n chillers
· Training will be provided for fresh graduate
Added advantage :
Fire Safety Manager certified
Knowledge in BMS or M&E infrastructure
Work location :Woodland/Island wide
