Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage meticulous project plans, coordinating with numerous internal departments, suppliers, and stakeholders, all focused on quality, timing, and budget boundaries.
2. Create and share documentation such as progress reports, proposals, requirement documents, and presentations for executive teams and stakeholders.
3. Define precise project scopes and goals, engage all relevant stakeholders, and confirm technical feasibility.
4. Implement and govern every facet of the project lifecycle, ensuring all projects comply with prescribed methodologies and standards.
5. Identify and evaluate project risks, issues, dependencies, and formulate contingency strategies.
6. Enhance project management methodologies, tools, and techniques for continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills:
1. Proven success in managing and bringing complex projects in the tech field, especially within the fintech or comparable industry, to fruition.
2. Extensive knowledge of formal project management methodologies.
3. Experience in investment evaluation, deal negotiation, and portfolio management.
4. Ability to work in high pressure environments and prioritize efficiently.
5. Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - adept at liaising with stakeholders of all levels.
6. Strong leadership acumen, including collaborative teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficient use of project management software tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in a startup or vibrant environment, exhibiting adaptability and resilience.
