Requirement:
- Sales engineer experience or marine background is preferred.
Job Description:
- Work with customer to determine project requirements and expectations to recommend specific products, services, and solutions。
- Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications.
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product, services, and technical information in a timely manner.
- Continue to research and learn about all the company’s products and services.
- Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
- Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering other services.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team (outside sales, expediter, materials, warehouse, finance, and other branch locations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Building / maintain customer relationships.
- Handling sales issues and liaise with clients.
