Based in our Singapore location, the Manufacturing Engineer role is responsible for engineering support for processing issues and manufacturing efficiency improvement. The role will also lead and participate in new product, automation, and digital transformation projects.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Improves manufacturing efficiency through workflow, layout optimization, automation and digital transformation.
· Leads and/or to participates in development, training, qualification activities for new product or technology transfers.
· Responsible on engineering support to resolve out-of-control situations, process issues and lead preventive actions.
· Conducts capacity studies and identify plans to increase bottleneck stations improvements.
· Ensures processes and equipment are operated in compliance with Environment, Health and Safety Regulations and Policies.

For This Role, You Will Need:
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
· Proven problem-solving ability, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
· Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
· Proficient level of computer skills including ERP, MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· Project management experience with Lean, digital and automation projects is an added advantage.
