· Position: Shipping/Operations Officer
· Location: Alexandra
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents
· Ensures timely notification and dispatch of shipping documents to customers and logistic providers
· Check and process the freight billing from the logistic providers
· Maintenance of payment process to suppliers and insurance application
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience is preferable
· Well verse with Microsoft Office
· FULL training is provided
