Responsibilities:
Implement workplace safety programs & safety initiatives
Enforce safety standards
Conduct safety training programs and inspections to ensure staff and subcontractors abide policies and standards
Ensuring strict compliance of procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health & environment requirements at sites and required premises
Implementation of effective safety management system, preventive measures as well as risk assessment to minimize accidents at work places
Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits
Assisting company safety related certifications and awareness
Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
Requirements:
MOM registered WSH Officer and NEA registered ECO
Minimum 5years of relevant experience in construction industry
Able to interpret WSH, NEA & LTA laws proficiently
Self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines
A team player who is hands on and meticulous in his work
Certificate in QEHS Internal Auditing (ISO9001, ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001)
