To support the Agency Lending Front Office Traders. Ensure Recalls are issued timely, Collateral coverage for same day loans and Corporate Actions are handled timely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Market Exceptions
- Support of Trade Matching activities for Securities and Cash Reinvestments
- Escalation of breaks and issues with daily activities associated with 9 Asian markets
- Handle usage of Compare tools Equilend and Pirum to enhance the Agency Securities Lending Control environment and MIS reporting – to escalation of ageing itmes
- Manage Stock and Cash exceptions and market and Client interest claim exposure for the team.
- On-boarding new securities lending clients where applicable
- Support project initiatives onboarding of New Operating system
Job Requirements
- Degree in banking or equivalent, with relevant experience within the securities lending/Finance industry client and non-client facing.
- Good Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills, and communication skills
- Skills - Macros
- Experience of different local market practices and client representatives
- Knowledge of equities, fixed income and other financial instruments (e.g., repos, tri-party repos, letters of credit, loan documentation, etc.)
