Job Responsibilities:
· To execute activities for the recruitment of targeted population groups
· To develop recruitment strategies to recruit specific roups in line with company priorities and objectives.
· To work with Recruitment Team Leader to coordinate publicity and recruitment exercise
· To initiate recruitment drives collaborating with external parties to expand the pool of special population.
· To reach out and work closely with external collaborators to drive general recruitment initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Arts / Sciences
- No experience required as on-job-training will be provided
- High energy, team player and people oriented
