Job Descriptions
- Manage the overall operations of the store, including inventory management and customer service
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets and profitability goals
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks
- Create and maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements
