Reports to: General Manager (Commercial)
Requirements
1. Education Requirements - bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction
2. 10 years of experience in a similar role
3. In-depth knowledge of Singapore Construction Industry
4. Familiar with current market pricing
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and other general software
7. Ability to coordinate 2 or 3 tenders concurrently
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Analyse tender documents and understand the needs of the Client
2. Plan and coordinate bid preparation to ensure deadlines are met
3. To review the overall pricing of tenders and ensure the correctness of costing
4. Liaise with other managers/departments to agree on bid details
5. Maintain database for submitted tenders
6. Ability to develop tender strategies
7. Able to present to Management on the basis of offer and pricing
