Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for accounting, reporting and compliance for the local entity
- Analyze, interpret and present financial results to drive operational and financial improvement
- Drive operational financial metrics and KPI's is support of continuous improvement initiatives
- Supervision of accounting team
- Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Lead the preparation of the Monthly Operating Review and ensure compliance with all corporate reporting requirements and timelines
- Lead annual budget, monthly operating forecasts and weekly cash flow forecasts in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Provide thoughtful analysis of trends and growth strategies
- Oversee all aspects of cost accounting in a standard costing environment, including accurate and actionable variance analyses
- Cash and treasury management for multiple currencies including accurate and actionable global cashflow planning activities
- Direct statutory audit, reporting and income tax compliance leveraging local advisors, contact with local tax department of the government
- Manage all other local reporting and compliance obligations
- Support global financial statement audit under USGAAP
- Participation on global corporate projects as directed
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance/Economics or equivalent
- With 10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles
- Possess experience in US GAAP is required
- Good command in Mandarin is required to liaise with overseas China office.
- Experience using SAP system is essential
