What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate senior-level relationships in key accounts
  • Clearly communicate EPAM's capabilities to meet client business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for full-service partnerships with existing and new clients
  • Contribute to pre-sales initiatives for both existing and new accounts
  • Manage Profit and Loss for the account portfolio

What Will Make You Shine

  • Bachelor's in business management or a related field
  • 3-9 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record in building client relationships, particularly with Singapore Government agencies
  • Ability to operate strategically while providing valuable support to both clients and the team
  • Experience in managing and monitoring performance metrics across accounts and portfolios
  • Preferably with an IT background before transitioning to account management
