Responsibilities:
- Selecting suitable candidates based on their past working experience, skills and capabilities from our database and also through other possible channels
- Conducting first round of interviews screening with potential candidates to assess their suitability before recommending them to clients
- Arranging of interviews between clients and candidates and preparing candidates for the interview
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers/ candidates
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Requirements
- Min Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
- Driven and commited individual
- Enjoy working in a team based environment
