Job Description

  • Pertaining to HR issues and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
  • Ensure best HR practices are implemented and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, employee relations and offboarding
  • By partnering with the business, you will assist in the coordination of interviews and provide competency-based interviews after candidates have been screened by the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • HR administrative tasks such as applying and renewing work passes
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and monitor recruitment costs and update recruitment reports
  • Provide a centre of excellence and be the main point of contact with regards to employee relations issues
  • Ensure all onboarding processes adhere to policy and process
  • Handle housing and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers if necessary
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related
  • Good knowledge of prevailing employment regulations
  • Candidates with relevant experiences in HR positions are strongly encouraged to apply
