- Undertake and be overall responsible for project site management, supervision and contract follow up works.
- Liaise with client, owner, building management, consultant, design firm, main contractor, sub-contractor, supplier, vendor and others where necessary.
- Monitor and oversee work execution by company owner construction team, sub-contractor, supplier and vendor.
- Oversee, coach and mentor the entire project team under your charge.
- Review project team work performance.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies and practices, and quality and progress at project worksite.
- Attend project tender site show-round and tender briefing.
- Prepare tender document, costing, quotation, technical and commercial proposal and submit to client.
- Review and approve Method Statement, Schedule, Claim, Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure for project.
- Conduct site meeting with project team and sub-contractors and monitor site progress.
- Attend regular internal and external meeting.
- Prepare monthly report for management.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
