Candidate must be fluent in mandarin and able to read and write in Chinese characters. Working environment : Chinese Language Enrichment Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters
- Provide professional service and advice in order to achieve customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with their enquires and concerns with a service oriented attitude
- Actively promote the centre's programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner
- Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses
- Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention
- Handle customers enquiries, enrolment, payments and maintain accurate files for auditing in excel sheet
- Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers
Requirements:
- Minimum āNā Level
- Able to commit on weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive work attitude, self-driven, team player with strong service mindset
