Responsibilities
- Responsible for deployment, maintenance, upgrade, and support of ICT infrastructure
- Responsible for customers’ power maintenance, upgrade of firmware and patching of systems.
- Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
- Manage the IT Asset Management including hardware and software license management.
- Be prompt and meticulous in updating of daily incidents handled into the incident management tool.
- To be highly customer-focus and diligent towards providing good customer service.
- Other duties such as annual DRP/BCP test and other tasks assigned.
- Responsible in project implementation and migration for client’s infrastructure upgrade or new start-up environment.
- Perform end-to-end service delivery to meet the clients’ requirements on implementation, maintenance and support the infrastructure systems.
- Responsible on infrastructure project which include understanding user requirement, solutioning, conduct UAT, implementation and run live.
- Responsible for supporting and implementing both IT and Cloud infrastructure.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and work as team when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 year of experience preferred.
- Understanding on network and server fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge in networking switches and port management
- Service oriented engineer to internal and external customer.
- Ability to provide IT training and awareness to other department users.
- Microsoft/Cisco/ITIL foundation certification a plus.
