Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for maintaining and expanding China-desk oil, gas, petrochemical, and energy clients based on established product and customer segmentation criteria. Explore potential business opportunities and provide excellent customer relationship management and financial services to existing or potential industry clients. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to understanding customer needs, analyzing suitable products, formulating marketing service plans, organizing marketing activities, and handling various documentation and system tasks related to the business (including writing credit reports, implementing credit conditions, post-credit management, conducting credit annual reviews, operating in business systems)
2. Drive the marketing and expansion of comprehensive banking services and products, including trade finance, financial markets, deposits, settlements, and loans, from the perspective of customer relations, aiming to enhance the overall performance of the entire bank.
3. Promote company product research and development. Timely propose new product requirements based on Singapore Sub-branch's customer needs and the local industry's competitive situation. Develop new business products for branch companies, implement innovation-driven strategies, and expand sources of revenue.
4. Conduct research on the oil, gas, petrochemical, and energy industries according to Singapore sub-branch’s credit strategy and the economic development characteristics of China and Singapore. Provide support and references for the company's business development direction and branch credit policies.
5. Proactively manage credit risk in credit business, including credit risk, operational risk, compliance risk, and anti-money laundering risk. Complete post-loan management and KYC (Know Your Customer) work. Conduct regular or irregular visits to collect and analyze commercial information on the oil, gas, petrochemical, and energy industries and customers in the market. Analyze and assess changes in customer credit situations and strengthen credit risk management.
6. Meet KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Related work experience: 3 years
- Strong communication and coordination ability.
- Able to communicate both verbally and written in Chinese and English so as to communicate with our Chinese-speaking customers and Head Office
- Working experience in financial services industry towards Commodities customers preferred.
