As our Senior Regional Retail Design and Visual Merchandising Manager, Parfum Asia Pacific, you will lead the design, planning and execution of all projets related to Retail Design (stores, counters, podiums) and provide leadership to the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager for Asia Pacific markets (domestic and TR channels).
What you can expect of the role:
- Lead the design, planning and implementation of all projects related to Retail Design and Visual Merchandising (stores, counters, podiums)
- Oversee the Visual Merchandising of Bulgari perfume marketing launches & architectural projects
- Coordinate with Regional team/HQ team and local markets for new openings/ VM guidelines for launches
- Review proposed spaces for new free-standing boutiques & counters. Consults with local management and regional team to analyse location, traffic flow and design criteria.
- Facilitate communication among key stakeholders during the design phase and all phases of construction to ensure projects are in line with brand business objectives and are completed in a timely manner, within budget and up to brand standards.
- Establish an image database of all boutiques & counters and ensure information is up-to-date at all times.
- Work closely with HQ, regional and local teams to interpret brand vision and support the overall brand strategy through events and marketing programs.
- In connection with all relevant parties, manage major events from conception to implementation, ensuring all project milestones are reached in a timely manner and within budget.
- Act as ‘Brand Image’ and ambassador guardian in all activities related to Interior Design and Visual
- Merchandising for Perfumes permanent corners.
- Evolve Interior Design and Visual Merchandising concept and assure high quality deployment in all Perfumes permanent corners.
- Build with markets the evolving installations plan with particular attention to special collections implementation and ensuring the usage of full budget potential.
- Manage the Capex budget and review contractor performance as well as authorize invoices for payment
- Supervise the coordination of the opening of all domestic and Travel Retail perfume counters with the Regional Visual Merchandising manager and local markets with special attention to special collections installations in terms of design, suppliers’ cost, quality and timing.
- Regularly monitor the Interior Design emplacements evolution and provide management with reports.
- Supervise the enlargement of the list of available suppliers improving construction efficiency for key areas.
- Establish clear and simple Visual guidelines for counters and windows in point of sales.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance to design specifications, lights requirements and building codes
- Verify Return on investment, costs and budget consistency versus planned projects.
We are looking forward to meeting you:
- Minimum 10 years experience, with either Architect or Interior Design qualification.
- Experience in Perfume & Cosmetic industry is an added advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator + MS Office
- Experience in project and design management, budget planning and spending monitoring, supplier management and development.
- Good communication skills
