- Take responsibility for the financial planning and analysis procedures, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and sensitivity analysis, and assure their integrity and quality.
- Contribute as a financial business partner, contribute, and provide decision makers with a thorough study and analysis.
- Assess and manage the liquidity of the cash flow.
- Follow all bank-related items, such as documentation, compliance certifications, and other notices.
- Develop and maintain driver-based forecasts, back test and analyze drivers, and communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders in a coherent manner.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team and other key stakeholders to ensure that accurate financial data is used in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts are all in sync.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and manage/escalate forecast risks.
- Operate forward dashboards and additions to the planning system to enable a solid financial and financing plan.
- Support with financial reporting, including impairment testing and hedging documents.
- Accountable for debt management, including monitoring for compliance with financing agreements and preparing notices for bank-related procedures and processes.
- Create financial models, tools, and methodologies that help you make crucial business decisions. Providing advice to appropriate business units on the financial viability of any proposed strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accountancy and/or Finance.
- With 6-8 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance
- Prior related experience in FP&A, budgeting & forecasting systems, and/or related finance role.
- Previous expertise in business processes, re-engineering and ERP system deployment experience is advantage.
