As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement. This role involves both business development and candidate management, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process. Your primary goal is to build strong, end-to-end relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and successful recruitment experience.
Job Scope
- Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Understand client needs and position our recruitment services to address talent acquisition challenges.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, striving for repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct client needs assessments to define job requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to create tailored recruitment strategies and solutions.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of ongoing recruitment assignments.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job portals, social media, and networking, to identify and attract candidates.
- Match candidates to client requirements and present them effectively.
- Facilitate salary and contract negotiations between clients and candidates.
- Ensure a smooth closing process and assist in the preparation of employment contracts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and client management.
- Strong understanding of various industries and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Experience in 360 recruitment within accounting industries
