· Answer incoming calls and perform other receptionist duties when needed
· Apply, maintain and update outlets’ relevant licences, (SFA, Electrical license, Music License, Liquor Licence etc.)
· Render administrative support to CEO and Business Planning Managers
· Assist Business Planning Managers for the setting up of new outlets and closure of outlets
· Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential document
· Order office supplies, Stationary and research new deals and suppliers
· Run company’s errands to post office, SFA, SP services and office supply store
· Coordinates and organizes department meetings and conferences including meeting venue bookings, catering requirements, sets up the room and any other requirements of department meetings;
· Performs clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging courier services etc.
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
