Job Descriptions:
- Handle client's enquiries, booking of appointment and receiving clients upon arrival.
- Provide professional beauty advice to clients and maintain client profile.
- To uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards of the Spa.
- Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products and stocks replenishment.
- Build and establish good rapport with clients.
- Ensure cleanliness of treatment room, thorough sterilization of equipment, and proper disposal of consumables.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Well-groomed, self-motivated with good presentation, independent and positive personality.
- Confident with clients and enhancing their experience.
- Able to work retail hours and weekends + public holidays.
